To prove that it doesnt matter at all what exercise you are doing, as long as you spend enough intensity, I stoped training arms for 3 months straight already.
During this period my training routine consisted of only burpees. I would do as many sets of burpess as I feel like every day and nothing more than that.
In other words, I didnt train my arms at all, directly or indirectly.
What happened is that I didnt lose a single inch in my arms, kept ALL the size as you can see in that pic I took minutes ago.
This is final and ultimate proof that an exercise is an exercise and you can train whatever you want and still have gains in all and every muscle of your body.
Moral of the story: an exercise = an exercise. Never forget that since its a very useful principle that I discovered.
