I also believe the penalty for politicians should be x10 what your average citizen would get for a similar crime. Would put an end to this shit once and for all. It's still all over the news - 6 weeks later.  A few getbiggers thought the story woudl go away - but you have FOX talking about it just like msn and cnn.

Romney should have said from minute one - "I'm not talking about my returns".  I think he's made it worse by making some outrageous claims, then refusing to back them up.  He could shrug off harry Reid as a liar, and move on to talking about the economy.  A true pwnage of harry reid would be romney tacking a copy of his records to harry Reid's office door with a smirk.  Or just plain ignoring the fool - Romney is a heavyweight and reid barely kept his job against a nutjob like sharon angle.  Why is he even responding?  He ignores CTers on message boards, why swing down to Reid and respond - if he can't back it up.
