Jason Statham Insults Arnold

I agree with his training philosophy.

Arnold worked out several hours per day.  There's no way he was intense every hour of that session.

I'm impressed by another actor, telling guys at the top of their game how to train.  Here's a short list for Mr Statham:

Adrian Peterson - 40 mins per day to prepare for a NFL season
Jessica Ennis - 40 mins per day to train for various track events
Ronnie Coleman - 40 mins a day to defend 8 Mr O titles.

Tell us more Jason.

Statham weighs a buck 80. Arnold weighed 240 pounds... back in 1973. Long before we had the supplements and shit that we have today.

There's a lot more knowledge about human physiology today as well.

Arnold next to Statham would be a boot and an ant.

Jason is from the same village as me,although he doesn`t like to admit he`s from a little mining village in the midlands,and the cockney accent is fake as fuck.I like the characters he has played in a few of his films,just don`t like the fact he pretends he`s not from a small mining village.

Give it a rest. Arnold and his cronies were downing pills like there was no tomorrow. They just didn't use the sheer amounts and have the variety of blends common today.
