I'm afraid the landing on Moon was real shit.
Yankee would have certainly been exposed at the times if they didn't really do it. One could assume the journey was followed pretty closely.

Capricorn One, man.  Capricorn One.  Lots of secrets in the USA.  Still don't know who killed the Kennedys.

Hahaha!!! Dude... The Russians would have LOVED to expose us, but they never did... not even a thought.

Plus, ALL of the people who would have had to have been involved in this "charade" and not a single person has come out even on their deathbed and said it was faked.

Cut the shit.

I don't think we could get to the moon today let alone 50 years ago.  I would never say this in public but part of me wonders if it was all a show.  I know they had major problems with the lunar lander the week up to the launch then all of a sudden it was good to go?  If one little thing went wrong it would have been the end for them all.  For example the ignition of the landing craft from the lunar surface only had one shot, one shot at pecisely the right time!  Was technology really that advanced 50 years ago?  Armstrong was a true warrior and a soldier, but soldiers follow orders.

I personally conversed at length with the engineer who designed the video link used to bring the video back to earth...yes they did go to the Moon.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_Laser_Ranging_experiment

The ongoing Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment measures the distance between the Earth and the Moon using laser ranging. Lasers on Earth are aimed at retroreflectors planted on the Moon during the Apollo program, and the time for the reflected light to return is determined.
The answer is "yes".
