they are all inspirational

be interesting to see if all the haters on here would step up if they lost a limb or just whinge about it in their moms basement

x2

There's a lot of war heroes competing - the original paralympics was built around wounded servicemen. There's guys competing who've lost several limbs and yet we have little queers on this website that don't even train legs.

Yeah, he looked totally ok. Looked it up, he's "legally blind".. One thing I don't like is that some people have no legs or arms but they are running against people with one eye.
Sure u can fake blindness

But the Paralympics are for people who are body mental, not head mental, that's the special Olympics.
What if you miss a leg and you are retarded too ?   ???

Jeez, now we have another Paralympia crying like a  bitch. Oscar Pistorius, the Bladerunner,  is complaining that another guys's artificial legs were too long when the guys beat him in the 200m today.

These guys are unbeliebeable bad sports. First Jody Cundy in the cycling and now Bladerunner in the sprinting.
I mean, I thought for the paralympians it was the taking part that counted and showing the world that their people were able to do stuff.

Now they throw it all back in our faces by abusing the spirit of the games. At this rate a lot of normal people will stop watching and patronising them for being so brave.

Oscar wasn't crying like a bitch. He was voicing an opinion from the standpoint of someone who's been competing for a long time on the world stage. Oscar was royally screwed out of the 4x400m relay by a fellow teammate. Before the regular Olympics, Oscar's own country was against him competing in the 4x400m relay. They didn't want him running that race. He entered and as the baton was getting close to him, his teammate suddenly fell down... and stayed down... for the entire race. You NEVER see that happening from a simple trip. On orders from Oscar's own country, the guy took a dive to prevent Oscar from completing the race. This is what is happening at Olympic level. So... now you think Oscar doesn't have a point? If anyone has a point to speak about being royally screwed, it's Oscar.

The guy who won the 200m at the para Olympics was Brazilian. When have Brazil ever won gold in top class athletcs or para-athletics? The next Olympics is in Brazil. Doesn't take a genius to figure out what is going on. Odds are Oscar knows exactly what he's talking about and the athlete from Brazil was given longer artificial legs to ensure he won the race. He will be POSTER BOY for his home Olympics in 2016. He wouldn't if he came second. Making sense now? These things don't just happen by fluke.

Jesus, if thats true it just sums up the dirty nature of both olympic games. Are you saying that politics and the making of money have infiltrated even the paralympics? What a sad state of affairs if that is the case. Wonder if there are any other brazilian "poster boys" waiting to use unfair technology over the coming week.
