If the IFBB handbook was followed to the "T", Flex, Shawn, Kev, Chris, and even Nasser would all have a Sandow. Cutler would never have won, Ronnie would have won his 9th... John Sherman would have won more shows. Milos would have won some. And Mike Francois would have placed higher and or won shows. And Flex with is obvious synthol usage would have been DQ'd. Haney's torso outdistanced his arms...not by much, but he needed to "stimulate" his arms more. |

why do people say his arm were subpar... his arms matched his torso a lot of you guys get carried away with the precedence flex... and heat set.... arms arent supposed to dwarf the torso.... coleman best arms ever but he had the torso to match |

haney owned that era ,,thicker sure bertil in some parts,vic richards lol legs and arms,luis freitas remember him,kawak large but big waist and all the symmetry guys demey,labrada,paris,bannout,only guy head to head but poor legs christian and someone from jersey u rooted for gaspari but poor structure could not get haney beat ,,haney's back and shape and x frame was great combo minus as said better arms,,91 was a great finish he was rock hard and had great leg's that yr...

coleman best arms ever but he had the torso to match
If you looked at him with his arms outstretched, his chest, delts all overpowered his arms. Making them look small. He had "big" arms no doubt, but in certain poses he looked a guy who was all torso with middleweight arms. |
