wait a minute, these Dumbbells says 200lbs, but they look like 180's to me.......it looks like they're short by 20lbs each....can someone else clarify?....look carefully at the video around the :12 mark, you'll see the heavier dumbbells on the right looks more like 200lbs.......

I was wondering about the 8 plates a side #200s, but there is a chance they're built using 12 1/2lb plates. They are used sometimes on larger dumbbells to shorten them up. They're only a bit bigger than a #10. The handle probably weighs #8-10, but they might not count them.

Dumbbells made no impact on the floor, his spotter handled them TOO easily ( see Ronnie's vids ) THE BEEF calls bull shit.

This is correct, I have seen those before, they are 200 and that guy is fucken strong as a fucken OX, wow and to think he is only like 250 there
