Yeah it's just that I remember someone who was a mod on one of the anabolic forums. West indian heritage. Went by the nickname of Narkissos or something like that.

Mesomorph78 posts similarly to that guy. Just wondering if they're the same guy. I could me mistaken of course.

only guy I have ever seen ragdoll 200lbers was a prime Coleman and it was in a flat bench.
He banged them in the incline for 8 or 9 reps

lol meso, I tried not to make things personal cause it was just my thoughts but since you are taking this to heart I must say your ignorance is epic, way to prove our point here with your videos of 2 guys that are known to use 5000 mg + of heavy juice per week. BTW your numbers are nothing, 1000 and I mean 1000's of people have those numbers, but a 200 pair of dumbells almost no one has, not that I believe you can do the 175's anyway, I mean don't get mad, this is getbig we all had to prove our strength through youtube videos, so what makes you so special, talk is cheap, anyone can claim this and that.

My numbers are nothing compared to 1000's because to me my numbers are just what I can do I don't compare myself to anyone ....
But each time I beat a personal best that's where I get my satisfaction
Yes I have pressed 175's flat and I know I can do 180's whether it's impressive to Tom bob mike or susie it's irrelevant it's what I can do... And I have aspirations of one day banging the 200lbs I'm just that kind of guy if I had them in the gym I would have attempted it already just how I am ... I don't let people tell me what I can or cannot do at this point I would fail obviously but I'd keep that as a goal... Perhaps that's what keeps me lifting challenging myself 20lbs I'm 215 now and I know i can can press 180's flat who knows as I get older and put on weight maybe if I was 235 or heavier I might get those  200lbs .

To bench the #200's, you need to be in the high #500's to #600 plus range on the long bar. In my head, I can't think of anyone under that range that has done it.

I personally think some people are more suited to dumbells than barbells and vice versa .. Coleman I think was a dumbell guy more than a bench guy
Over the years I'm more of a dumbell guy too as bench is just too risky and hits too much front delts for my liking, still bench now and again though

i know from own experince what it takes to lift 400 on a bar, and im naturaly strong.

it takes much more than just heavy dosages.

ive been around very strong people over years and there is no way in hell any natural could do this.

Yeah i know the routine everyone is the same physically, everyones on drugs et cetera et cetera, all justification. I never said anything was easy or commonplace, i said it's a mistake to make huge sweeping generalizations about anything.

So you think it takes huge doses and more to bench 400?...

benched 420,lol.i benched that for reps at my best, when on higher doses, but thats still a long way to go too 200s on incline or flat.

1 serious question mate, after how many years of trying and waiting for it to happen will you call it a day and admit it wont happen?will you give me a deadline?

the 600 pound deadlift,lol, youll need to be bit stronger than that to even lift them into position

gh15 called him out on it years ago .....the guy is a bigger liar than groink...mezo  lives and breathes bodybuilding and claims he lifts weights to "blow of steam" Roll Eyes

 I think he has shit response to gear personally......cause its obvious he takes bodybuilding very seriously and his physique very seriously and has been around the block a very long time.

400?... hell no, 400 is fuck all I toss that shit around like a fucken rag doll, all day long... 400 is nothing, but 400 only puts you at the 160's, even when I benched 515 I could only get the 180's for a double and trust me I am a dumbell guy. To get the 200s for 3-4 reps you need a max bench of 550 at least and that's why it can not be done by a natural.

Anyway I like meso78, he is good guy for real, this is just my 2 cents, remember we are on getbig, but if he does it and proves it natural or not he will jump to the top of the list here on getbig for strength

OF COURSE VERY IMPRESSIVE, however I have seen that before a few times. Just to clarify, I judge lifts based on how rare they are, 405 at 160 is not that rare, in fact someone at my gym does 405 at 165.

That is super impressive it took me a long time to get 405

My gym has 15 000 members and lots of juice heads, yet not 1 person can crack the 200's, the gym I went to 5 years ago also had 15 000 members and no one could crack the 200's there either. I have never seen anyone do the 200's in real life, never, not even one person and I have seen 800lb squats 585lb benches and 300 lb curls. Yet no 200 lb dumbell press. When I did the 180's for a double I could crack the 160's for ten, the 200's would have ripped my arms off, no I never even tried, no point. I have been around, trust me, the odds of finding someone that can do the 200's is a needle in a hay stack. The odds of finding someone that can do them naturally is astronomical.

Some people are better. Hilt for dumbell presses I think
I've done 160s for 10's flat but I cannot. Bench 500+ like you do
I stand by what I say 160 benching 405 more impressive that anyone pressing 200's
1The person pressing the 200's could be super massive
2 I've seen pros pressing 200 stan Coleman kucholo Cormier
Yet when those same pros bench 405 it's not easy these guys all weigh over 250
Put them at 160 not one of them could unrack 405
3 in my time I have never seen a gym with 200's so naturally not a lot of people will press them because. It a lot of 200,s exist ... Every gym has 405 and bench press is the most popular excersise in history so Yes you will get more bench feats than dumbell feats
