High lat insertions look retarded. Couple that with a short upper body and you have the Kai Greene gorilla look. Gorilla not being positive seen in this context.

Thing is, Kai's lats are low inserted...It's funny, how Mike Matarazzo had said that his low inserted lats were detrimental to his physique. But guys like Columbu and Kai who have low inserts look good.
