pushups is a good idea but if you are cold/chilly and tired your gonna need olive oil to get the body heat up. especially when ive been consuming mainly sugars all day
had alot of apple sauce and cormuffins for breakfast
rice krispies with cheerois and strawberries
3or 4 sodas today had honey roasted peanuts at lunch
yogurt when i got home, and sweet potatoe fries and two morning star burgers with swiss cheese
cup of black beans
cup of raw greens
now had some olive oil and peanut butter
