C'mon, a woman who gives flowers to a guy?

Tulips are typical Dutch, that's right, but it's far from romantic to give tulips. It's more a flower for business relations.

Some older Dutch women (40-50+) have romantic features, but most are very phlegmatic, almost no class or imagination $:-\$
I think Polish women are way different than this, aren't they?
