The thing that always struck me as odd is , that entertaining God were real even then , what's the fucking purpose anyway?  to create an entire Universe so we can inhabit a single planet to behave for 0-100 years or however long you live and to worship and praise him all the while? kissing his ass for a short time to get to another place 

And what are the odds he would choose earth of all places to sacrifice his only son? religion is a relic.

We may be small, but does it matter?  Of what value is the rest of the vast universe?  Where does value come from, anyway?

the original post.. about the size of the universe.. amounting to 80 billion galaxies.. or whatever.. the idea that the universe is finite in size and contents..  on what basis is that blasphemous assertion grounded ??  who says there are limits? because we can not see anything out past the edge of the known universe, means theres nothing outside of it ?   yes, im sure thats the case.        silly fools..
