thanks bro! haha yea I am keeping things clean and tight.. went back to my contest diet but with maybe an added cup of rice and 2tbspn pb. Only had two cheat meals since that weekend after leg days. The good thing about me.. I usually have abs year around of some sort, only my legs and love handles get fat lol.
I think after a show its good to keep things low.. #1 you will be in such a rebound state from dieting, your gains are going to be awesome no matter what.. #2 precontest is brutal on the body in all types of ways, so it is good to give it a rest.. #3 I feel less bloated and hell of a lot better.
I am taking awhile to compete again, at least a year.. so I won't feel the need to rush things going again.. I will say this is the best and healthiest I've felt after a show. I am not tired all the time, pouring sweat except at the gym, I am not starving nor am I so bloated and stuffed I can't breath.
