phils triceps are proportional to the rest of his body...    its everybody else whose triceps are disproportional..    triceps should be 2/3 of the arm...     that being said, phils only weakness is clavicle length and muscle maturity/density..  in every other category and in every single body part he is world class top notch top 10 all time ....    cormier, wheeler, ray, levrone... he is right up in that category.. in fact i think he beats all of them
