overall Kai has denser thicker muscles then Phil. Kai has more muscle maturity. He has a bigger midsection but he does not have that huge of a gutt and has ver visible six pack abs. Hdeath has a weird 4 pack going on.His waist is tighter but his muscuarity is weaker in the midsection.
I think Kai also has a more dominate lower body.Kai has great flexibility for a big guy.

Phil is the best bodybuilder in the world right now and could become one of the best of all time. His only weakness are his narrow clavicles, but that's it. Every bodybuilder has/had weaknesses, Ronnie had no calves and other imbalances and a messed up ab structure and a bloated gut, yet he is perfect to some of you...

It is also true that Phil would destroy every single competitor from the 90s - early 00s era, except for Dorian and Ronnie. Flex could come close.
