Slightly agree here... Once someone grips that bar from rep one you didn't do the weight Which = ego training which I find funny as Kai stated in another video "I will never be a weight lifter" Where he proceeds to chastise a fan for using too much weight that he couldn't handle

That is a sure way to get injured. Really silly to start doing 3 rep maximums on low carbs. He may get away with it for a while but eventually he will hurt himself.
