LOL!!  You're absolutely right, this extreme "bench arch" is definitely a white nerd thing.  Every black man I've ever seen with a big bench does none of that.  He may hype up a little like we all do, but that's it.

Around the 420's.  I've never been a strong dead lifter or squatter.  The most I squatted was three plates,so; 315. I might have experimented with more but I was consistently around 315.

After getting my shoulder done(baseball injury I kep irritating) I was done with that kind of lifting. At the time I was experimenting with anadrol front load followed by Test-E cycle. I was strong as an ox but felt like I was a water balloon.  This was about seven years ago.

130kilos natural with pause at chest at 85kilos fairly lean if not "very" lean

it's worthless of course but at the time it was a good feeling

Bah, nonsense.  Lean and natural, just shy of 290 whilst weighing 190 is a decent bench.  Do a cycle and shoot for a double-bodyweight bench if your shoulders are made for it (mine aren't.  When I first started dabbling with super-supps, I'd done very little benching.  Before I knew it, I was doing paused triples with 325, then 340.  It was about the time I tried 365 for a double that I felt like my sternum wanted to pull in two.  I never had any tenderness or anything else; it just felt like I was under a bone-crushing weight, in spite of the fact that I got the double without grinding.  That's when I quit benching.  It didn't hurt that one of the Halo freaks at the gym, this dude who consistently did 495 toward the end of his benching sessions, ripped his pec while going for reps with his bodyweight (265ish?  I can't remember).).

in the end it's about freakish appearance who gives a fuck if you can bench 315 or 405



As I get older, that's increasingly my take on things :) 

I mean, I'd LOVE to be the most massive guy hoisting crazy weights a'la Ronnie in his prime, but I've had two doubts of sciatica and a couple of bizarre nerve impingements which zapped my right-side pressing strength down to laughably weak levels. 

After a time, I think Vince Taylor and those dudes had the right idea, provided you could stay reasonably muscular on really light pumping training.  And I must say, I've yet to meet a decades-long really HEAVY trainer who didn't have his regrets/second thoughts.

just one hour ago, i benched 4 plates for 3 reps.

2 plates for 15 on the incline.

and 2plates on flat for 17.

in the rack, yes, but so what.

and this is after i did frenchpresses with 170lbs for 6-8 yesterday.

after a hard day at work and little sleep and no food at all for the whole day.
