As I get older, that's increasingly my take on things
I mean, I'd LOVE to be the most massive guy hoisting crazy weights a'la Ronnie in his prime, but I've had two doubts of sciatica and a couple of bizarre nerve impingements which zapped my right-side pressing strength down to laughably weak levels.
After a time, I think Vince Taylor and those dudes had the right idea, provided you could stay reasonably muscular on really light pumping training. And I must say, I've yet to meet a decades-long really HEAVY trainer who didn't have his regrets/second thoughts.
