I don't train at home but one-legged calf raises, high reps, add some weight (hold progressively heavier things) when it gets easy.

I use to used jumpsoles in high school. Run around the block with these things and your calves will burn like a mofo.

yes, mostly Asians and Nords have great calves...all others are either small or filled with oil/plastic.

Women do not see calves. Just train arms and chest.

You'll be solid, bro!

I just decided to start doing standing calf raises on a block. Not because my calves are small but because they are embarrasingly weak. 9 reps with the weaker leg.  :'(

If you have a training partner Donkey calf raises or one legged raises with or without Dumbbell, standing Barbell raises(good if you lean against power rack, seated barbell raises.... one thing i like is warming up with jumping rope and it works your calfes good.  A superset Pre-exhaust is standing calf raise(Isolation movement) and Rope jumping(combination movement).  You can also use a dipping belt loaded with plates in standing or Donkey calf raises(if you have no partner).

I have mounted a PC monitor in the ceiling. This way I have to stand on the tip of my toes to read Getbig, thus giving the calves a workout.

If you have a smith machine, that works with a 2x4 under the balls of your feet. (Not under your balls).
If you have a leverage squat machine, just face the other way, and use that front cross beam under the balls of your feet.
I have both at home and use those...

But yes, calves are genetic..

My calves grow the most when I don't directly train them. Just very heavy leg work.
