I gave the benifit of the doubt to Phil at the Olympia but I say Kai took this one. Phils color is horrible. I cant believe Mr.O doesnt know this. Kai is in much better condition and he carries more muscle than Phil.  |

How can you compare when they're hitting different poses here. The thing that seems pretty obvious anyway is that no matter how on spot is Phil's conditioning he's nowhere close to Kai's density. I thought he really deserved it last year but when Kai is on (and since the 09 AC I didn't think he'd be again) he's just better than Phil even at his best. And I don't even like Kai.

Kai's MM is one of the worst i have ever seen. Apart from that he owns Phil in the majority of the poses.
It's easy for Phil to be fuller when all of his muscle is congested on his 8 year old girl frame.
Kai hasn't got the balance right between condition and fullness yet, he looks flat as a panckae in the front relaxed.
