Beef protein powder - does it really work?

I know I'm gonna get flamed for asking but this but does this really work?  good protein ?  just bought a 4.5 lbs. jugg.
(chocolate )taste good....

the Taste, well it doesnt taste like any other "protein" really  ...just like "thin chocolate powder"

YES it's good protein supplement.  Especially for people who are lactose intolerant and/or have probs with whey concentrate-based supplements or blended proteins.  Lots of good liver aminos in there too....

out if curiosity wut is going to clog him up?  Nothing wrong with isolated protein that I know of. Is it the creatine u r referring to or just the chemicals in general used to make the product? It probably does have aspartame in it which I am not a fan of tho.
