Good info lord falcon but it seems it may be a case of correlation does not mean causation. Maybe the heme iron is fun but the foods it's in contain unhealthy fats and lead to obesity= Illness/death blamed on the heme iron? I'm just thinking out loud here.
Anyway falcon just make sure you never die from anemia or else all your credibility will be lost.

heme-iron and meat is why any pea-brain can get lean and decent muscles just by eating meat and staying active. take it a step further and only eat meat and some fiber and youll be shredded
its easy to control your appetite when you eat meat, the body realizes its getting enough nutritents and over abundance of heme-iron when you eat meat AGAIN this is why any idiot can get ripped eating meat and staying active
but this "practice" over time leads to bad health and aging
you have three types of obesity, on the outside, on the inside or both
inside meaning you have high blood pressure many skinny or lean folk have high blood pressure ALOT of blacks have this so do alot of whites
they may be lean on the outside but fat on the inside
im just fat on the outside, thats the least risk factor, its like im walking around with a backpack of weight, its a different story when your too fat on the inside and have high blood pressure
