It's in a holster, on his belt, along with what looks like his radio. A lot of these guys will workout with whatever time they have, even if it means taking 20 minutes while they're still loaded with gear.

It's possible he is natural, but I highly doubt it.

Tim Kennedy is special forces I think, and he's jacked to hell.  I believe he is natural, been working out his whole life.
