In that time I've seen countless ruptured liver tumors
Only two of them were young men both on anabolics and both with path proven adenoma
I'm not trying to be a jerk just pointing out facts
Ruptured liver lesion in young man on AAS = adenoma
Adenoma can progress to carcinoma unchecked, rare but possible
Bigger risk is growth and rupture
Obviously he finally got good advice and is going off permanently
