I was NOT trying to bust you balls (or appear snotty), more of a (background or) context thing.
EG asking you about body comp and diet. I travel a lot, am stuck with poor food options, like
too low of protien (high sodium) in many cases and am accustomed to considering this . . .
Go for the growth brother! I have been using (off and on) for 5 years now.
Major remodel of my overall physique - seems to cut (define) me
more with each cycle (more so than) just make me bigger . . .
Most shudder at prospect of growth due to cost and lack of familiarity.
Personal - BUT - genetic predisposition - to hypertension/sodium - IT DOES run in my family
does it (potentially) run in your family . . . cardiovascular and renal issues in general.
I have benefit from inclusion foods groups which are higher in potassium (off setting sodium)
help me to balance this and I also drink a lot of green tea (balance water).
My principle challenge with higher test (for me - 1000mgs a week) is more being high strung
and metabolically kranked and needing xanax (or like) to knock the edge off. Another story.
