That is how he got those large triceps. 405 pound extensions and lots of protein.

Man, I was expecting that Photoshop that huge dude in cutoffs, doing one arm tricep extension with what liked 5-7 25-35 pound plates at each end of the dumbell.

Funny thing is doing even 225 on skulls is impressive .... Why use fake plates to depict a rediculous impossible weight...

With all the natural champions that get drug-like results from dedication, genes and just training really hard,

I think its possible Ernie really dedicated himself to developing super strong and huge, synthol-like triceps, with injection sites and everything, through sheer drive, triceps genetics and hard work

How he balanced himself sitting down with a weight behind his head, that many can only squat, is also quite a feat

Apparently you haven't seen his triceps.  If anyone can do 405lb, it's him

Look at the other side, looks like only 2 plates that side. Photoshop instead of fake plates?

I already did 200lbs for reps on the incline like him on the picture a couple of times. Lets say I go from 400mg/week of PED to 4000mg and start eating like a pig. In theory I think could approach the 400lbs level but I think my elbows would get ripped apart much earlier.

and yea those plates look fake as shit

Probably simply switched the whole barbell to one hand and repped out 8 or 10 kickbacks right after for a superset.
