rendering images. You look at the raw bytes and visualize them in your head.
The lame explanation of it being processed by OCR software is bullshit because the document as published by the government which I downloaded is not text searchable. A document processed by OCR software becomes searchable like a Word document.
Perhaps it does, perhaps it doesn't. If the OCR scan is successful and the content is stored inline with the document, then yes, to some extent it does become searchable; not like a Word document, but similar to some extent. But of course nothing prevents the OCR data from being stripped. Now the
facts are that the layering observed is very typical of such automatic post-processing actually. It can even be trivially duplicated by scanning old, typewritten documents, especially ones that contain thatched backgrounds, like the birth certificate in question.
But let's assume, for the sake of argument, that the birth certificate is a forgery. Forget about the fact that this would have to a conspiracy involving hundreds, if not thousands of people, and would require intimidating thousands more to keep the lid on it. Forget all the actual facts. Just assume the bullshit is true.
Even then, there's still one more small problem. And it's time for you to explain how you go about solving that small problem
asshole; and that problem is the proven existence of microfiche newspaper records with the original birth announcement. Do tell us, did the conspiracy start all the way back in 1961? Did Obama hatch it in the womb? Or was it the Kenyans? Or maybe even the Muslims? Or is the simple answer is that Obama and his cabal of usurpers decided to invent and build a their time-machine, which they then used to go back and alter the records so that he'd be elected President?
