That tub of lard should be focusing his time on the treadmill, not on the heavy weights.
In all fairness to that guy, he did lose mad weight. He was never lean in any of the videos, but he got stronger while dropping a shitload of bodyfat. I swear I've seen him much, much leaner than he was in this video.
He used good form on everything. At times, maybe a little too good. He seemed to chicken out on the leg press, though. If Jones were there, he would've done 20 with that weight. And I don't see the point in rushing from one movement to another, let alone starting with a shoulder press :?:
The "rush factor" is one of the several things where I beg to differ with Arthur. I tried that shit when I was a teenager and all it really did was give me an insane VO2 max -- but then, I was doing a Nautilus circuit of 10-12 exercises 3x/wk. 4-5 exercises of a handful of reps once a week won't do shit for improving your cardiovascular conditioning or burning fat.
I can't fault them on their equipment choices. Hammer shit's good. Chins and bar dips might have some advantages, but at the end of the day, a contraction's a contraction.
