Why do you need abs

You should focus on your arms that is what people see, nobody sees your abs because we walk around in clothes all day and if a woman falls in love with your muscles and you talk her home and she sees that you have no abs it does not matter because you already close the deal.

Having good abs makes the rest of your physique look considerably more ripped. Located in the centre of the body as well so that's the first place people look anyway when your shirt is off. On a competitive level, virtually every local amateur contest I've ever been to, it's always the guy with the best abs that ultimately wins.

Abs is what sets you aside from the regular gym schmo. Walking down the beach with a good set of abs compared to no abs at all is like night and day with the female attention you will get.

All I can say is that having a good set of abs attracts more females of all ages atleast from my experience...I will say that when I'm heavier I tend to get more Milfs/cougars. Which physique do you think attracts more attention, I can easily say when I'm leaner I get alot more compliments, you would be surprised how dropping just a few percent body fat can change your entire look and how people view you.

Plus, if your waist is small with good abs, it makes the rest of your body look bigger.

Sounds like one of those Facebook fatties talking about how proud she us of her curves....god that shit makes my so fucking sick....I just wanna tell them to stop eating everything in site and get off the couch then some one might actually wanna put a dick in their curves.  Maybe I just have too many fat friends on Facebook.
