That Gene Tierney movie, at the start of this thread, was Sundown. See it in film class and always remembered it. Good use of black & white., in daylight, is a challenge. Used a lot of filter and soft lens back in the black & white days. Tierney was Irish-Americanand a natural beauty. Seen Jessica Biel, a few years back, at WholeFoods. (Santa Monica blvd).....pretty plains looking, including her hair..and skinny. With some guy who looked like he needed a little skin pop to get him through the day.(Joseph Calleia ((played the Italian))was in the Sundown clip...one of the best character actor of all time)
