I seen an empty bottle of MCT oil in the gym so I did a quick Google search. It's supposed to help with fat loss but has anyone here had any personal experience with it?

This is kind of gross but, isn't a side effect of coconut oil diarrhea?

Almost any oil can have a laxative effect depending on the person and the amount consumed.

Medium chain triglycerides are more easily digested by the body and are used for energy. This brief article provides a good overview of MCT's: http://www.livestrong.com/article/272678-list-of-foods-that-contain-medium-chain-triglycerides/
