Reverse lat Pulldown

I tried these last back workout to change things up...and man they really work my lats hard it felt like.  really got me sore the next day.  i didnt realize how good these were.  for the next month im gonna do less pullups and some more of these

are you just facing the opposite direction? facing away from the stack?

reverse lat pulls as in not having your knees under the pads?.. i always do my lat pulls this way, unless i'm going heavy

Ever tried doing close grip pulldowns with the vbar on the floor?  Talk about an insane stretch!

i think he means reverse let pulldowns as in reverse grip pulldowns.

how does that work?

It's pretty simple,  you use the same lat pulldown station as normal but you sit on the floor instead of in the seat.  The negative feels absolutely amazing.

putting ur hands in a reverse angle, bout shoulder width apart is a great way to work more lower lats and middle back, i love these and get a awesome pump from them.

I agree. Anything reverse-grip hits the Lats more efficiently. Reverse Pulls, Reverse BB rows, etc.

i haven't done reverse grip pulldowns in a while so i did a superset of them with machine pullovers...my lats are very sore two days later and felt very pumped during the workout. good stuff...
