hey thanks. it's all nutrition, really. i still have only been training 2 days a week. just staying hydrated. eating veggies. drinking shakes. sleeping more. I looked like shit before not because I didn't lift enough - but because i was eating fast food and passing on the healthy stuff.
I've still only been training twice a week (I admit!) but just cutting out the fast food, adding veggies, etc - I'm changing a ton.
NOW the goal is making time to train 4-5 days a week. I made it 4 days last week and I'm on pace to do it again
