21 yo and already balding.

I lost about 2/3 of hair over the past 2-3 years. It still looks ok because I had a lot of hair but I can already see that on top of my head I have like 1/4 of hair compared to sides and back of my head.

Is there any hope how to stop this process? I would be probably OK with it if I was black, but bald white guy doesnt look that good as black fella.
