Probably one of the best training days so far
4 January 2013
The year started great so far and after a marathon session at Fight capital with my Jiu Jitsu coach David Howard i finished the day at Sunset Boxing with my striking coach Robert Navone.
We started with a lot of Yoga in the morning, continued with some Wrestling/Judo throws and worked at some submissions.
The morning workout ended with an immense ammount of mat time rolling with 9 other fighters of the team.
After about 2 hours of rest the second training was focused on striking and some more rounds of mat time on the ground.

Working on a new ebook together with Chris Albert
29 December 2012
Every weekend it is time for my body to relax a bit and at the same time the best chance on catching up with work.
Normally I reduce training to strengh conditioning and interval cardio only, while the rest of the week consists of permanent Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing training.
I use this weekend to start working on a new video-book that will explain a new style of Fitness/Bodybuilding training, focused strictly on muscle volume increase. Chris Albert introduced me to this type of training and I can assure through my own experience that it is at least as effective as Milos Sarcev’s teachings, that I learned and followed since 2010.
Watch out for this new ebook !!! It brought me back into a competitive bodybuilding condition on the highest IFBB level in just about 3 months and after a very stressful year, without any serious offseason. It will also bring you to your next level.
