and as a side note, he went too far IMO, as training only once a week or less, WILL NOT allow one to achieve and maintain very high level of fitness i'd much rather be like a fit athlete who can run a mile in under 6 min than some big toady guy who loses his breath after climbing a flight of stairs  i like that..."big toady guy"...  |

and this "ladies man" thing is a wish but the funny thing is a few women actually do kinda fall for me from time to time, but truth be told anyone could have women fall for them, you just have to be her type
and for moen, the blue jacket without the hoodie is the most boss IMO

Are you in this picture? Where's Bob Reis? My old friend Richard Slaney is in the pic. He was married to Mary Decker sometime early 80's.
There is a thread here on GB where EVERY cat in the photo is named. I'll try and find it and post it here. I am not in that picture Big Al. I was competing in powerlifting at that time and not training at Gold's. |

my mom actually took 4 pics of louie at a hotel in columbus during last year's arnold classic for free he was there with arnold and others to see zane and his band perform a few tunes a friend of my mom's is very good friends with one of zane's bandmates, so that's how my mom got the hook-up, and she actually spoke with zane for quite awhile that night |
