yeah as long as i train and watch diet somewhat, im fine, just look like a deflated former self, even vascularity stays ok.btw, the bigger pic im how you say carb depleted and on the natty one im fill up with carbs and here is what happens when i dont go to gym at all for years and eat whatever i really really want and amount that i want(which is alot of bad dbad foods).:thias is first time in gym after a years long break
