FYI - the most laughable types on these courses are the bloofy BB types.  No endurance, stamina, functional fitness whatsoever.

Sprinting 400 yards is only useful if running from the cops.

Watched the whole thing, this is new to me, nothing like this around here. Not knocking it, anything that gets people off their assses is good, but I prefer the gym, that reminds me too much of work. I didn't see too much intensity,  I'm pretty wiped when I leave the gym and that only takes two hours out of my day.  Do you have to pay to enter these things? How much?  Are there score cards? Prizes?  Guy wearing the camera was unimpressive.

You could confront him w a video of him raping the corpse of a little girl and he would shrug it off.  So if the end goal is to "out" him, or shame him into leaving getbig--well, there are easier targets on here, that's all I'm saying.
