Also, getting him involved in activities with other autistic people may be useful!
Yeah the school he goes to try to involve them in some sort of physical activities, but I think Its not enough and its got more to do with diet, He loves to eat, so they have to start watching his food more Strictly,. |

Worst thing about that day. My whole family came out, and this was my worst showing ever. Got dead last at that show !!!

I Have tried but Its very difficult to find a way to motivate an autistic child, plus they don't live near me now. But I told my mom she has to improve his diet at home So she started doing that, and we have his tutor/caretaker now take him to the gym a few times a week to get him moving some and not just sitting there playing video games all the time.
I am impressed that you take an interest in your brother's needs and health. |

Mine is younger too, I spent some years taking care of him when I was a teen, he liked to walk for hours, and run long distances too , so HE kept me in shape |
