I made some topic before on a diet i try to do myself, but i think about that, and i want your general advice on how i should make my diet by giving you my stat.
So here some stat:
-19 years old
-don't know exactly my bodyfat, but i think something around 15%
-I'm the endomorph style ( i can get size faster....but fat come faster too)
So, if i'm aiming to weight 155 lbs....is that real? Or my bodyfat will be too low? I'm currently on a endurance workout, and i want to cut the max i can. What do you sugget me? Some Fast hint or i don't know, i don't really know where to start to be sure to be in the right way, that why i ask your help
