my 90 day transformation starts today

I am gonna post some pics of me tomorrow and I want your help.  I want your advice to get in the best shape of my life.   I want tips on diet/cardio and routines.    I will take good advice very serious and work my hardest to make myself and those who support me proud.   thanks for your possitive input.  Haters need not reply.  Ill just ignore it

Do you know what your stack's going to be like?

Make you you got plenty of DNP, clen and T3. OF course you have to take at least 1-2 grams of test / week to keep your mass plus some orals with GH but I'm sure you already know that. Let me know your stats and I'll recommend doses.

My stack is 500mg test a week and 60/70mg of d bols per day.  No hgh. And caffeine bronkaid for fat loss.      My diet is clean no junk food no soda. Just water and lean chicken fish and beef.
