Just thought I'd add one more thing.

Forskolin. No not foreskin lol. This supplement is mostly used for fat loss/recomp but it also has a 'side effect' of lowering BP... so :)

You have to be careful with the ace-inhibitors. If you begin to notice a cough or your tongue feels funny on it, stop asap. You can develop something called angioedema a potentially life threatening problem. Best bet is an ace receptor blocker or ARB examples are Cozaar, diovan, Avapro and Benicar. they cost more but are more effective.

Well what are 'herbal' medicines? What are pharmaceutical medicines? The herbal stuff has been used for centuries, the corporate $$$ medicines are in part sometimes better sometimes not, but their ultimate goal is $$$. What I am trying to say is, do not neglect herbal stuff as ultimately the chemicals in them are what deliver the results and the thing is they are just naturally found. Pharmaceuticals use scientists to derive what these chemicals are and synthesize them for profit not because they give a damn.

Not saying for serious BP issues that rx meds are not a good choice, hell no id love to get my hands on some but... you know what im trying to say is the herbal stuff does work maybe just not as aggressively :)

Speaking of which, i have tried viagra, tried forsokolin and garlic extract and they have helped. I also got the hawthorny extract and have been using it higher dosed and its managing the BP. They are working.. just thought I'd share.

As far as the garlic extract lmao it says odorless but DO NOT try to inhale I wanted to puke when i opened the bottle.. i try not to smell when swallowing haha... it was cheap though so meh

The ultimate goal of nutritional companies that make "herbals" is money too, except they aren't controlled. I know ONE doc (out of many) that is kinda "pro" herbal and the "stack" that he suggested would had easily been 70-200 usd per month. I've tried three different BP meds and the most expensive one was Linatil and i paid 7-10 usd for 100 pills (no insurance and inside EU). So for me it made sense to use something that really works and cost's next to nothing.

Ahmed no offense but it sounds like you are trying to convince yourself and it has been said many times in this thread alone that no doctor will DENY BP meds from you...

Shut the fuck up dont bash something then promote pharmaceuticals like only pharma products actually work. why would I want your poison pill pharma garbage when hawthorn berry by itself keeps my bp at 120/60?

Oh wait your a "doctor". Now im not surprised.

The chemicals in medication come from somewhere, some from plants like aspirin. I wouldn't rely on herbal treatments 100% but I wouldn't call them trash either.

ya since i threw in var/tbol.. but hawthorn extract (not berry) has worked perfectly as advertised.

In europe it's quite common for docs to recommend people to try hawthorn extract and aged garlic extract... as it does lower bp except in the most extreme of cases...

Make sure your var is legit.  Sometimes UGs substitute low dose dbol for var.

That being said first thing to do is stop any and all dirty eating like greasy things and junk.  That will make a huge difference and add in some cardio.  It doesn't have to be the boring treadmill or bicycle.  Shoot hoops for 30 mins or jump rope.  Look at some of the crossfit conditioning programs that are available free online and do 15-20 minutes of those EOD.  Trust me, you will be drenched in sweat.

Well I gotta say... hawthorn extract at 900-1200mg is working wonders. Forsokolin also has as a side effect bp lowering. Aged garlic extract works too. Combination of these works for cycle style BP.. if u have legit hereditary/etc... bp then prescription meds are the key.

I think where I went wrong in the past was... i used 'hawthorn berry' thinking thats what is recommended.. until i read the difference between the extract and the berry. The extract is working marvelously! Will train legs tomorrow, so hopefully lmao i don't get low bp like last leg day and quite certainly not high bp! :D

Is this the 'extract' or the 'berry' by itself...

https://www.smartpowders.com/p-6669-hawthorn-berry-550-mg-100-caps.aspx

There's this too this one mentions extract.. hard to tell though:

https://www.smartpowders.com/p-6663-hawthorn-extract-300-mg-90-vcapsampreg.aspx

I'm also considering getting:

https://www.smartpowders.com/p-6615-celery-circulation-60-vcapsampreg.aspx

https://www.smartpowders.com/p-6049-garlic-super-odorless-180-caps.aspx

https://www.smartpowders.com/p-6425-grape-seed-100-mg-200-vcaps174.aspx

These are suppose to help with BP and cholesterol right?
^^
Also try cooking any meats with FRESH garlic, not only does it taste good, but you're getting the real deal as it is in nature...
