Seriously, I've only ever tried one yoga class. It was a fitness yoga session, and I did NOT care for it. It was too much aerobics with hardly any yoga. I'm more interested in stretches and balance, etc.
I was a huge skeptic - but i enjoy the DVD's - DDP keeps it fun and its not boring or gay. Its sort of like one of those days you know you need a day off but want to do something cause you feel guilty - throw that DVD in and you do it - get stretched out - sweat a little - but feel good at the end - and kill the work out the next day - if that makes sense
