well i think in my next chest+back workout i will superset these with Dumbbell shrugs...see if it hits my traps too. of course i will not use heavy weight but non theless...the movement will work very well i think....

i never found a way to do them comfortably... i can't pronate my wrists enough it seems

You may find that undo stress (not the good kind) will be felt on the bicep (stretch out),their inserts, wrist and the elbow joints..For some, also the shoulder joints. If planning to have an experience with them, a lighter weight may be advised.

Probably best to begin with the DB's overhead, opposite fingers of each hand,facing each other, lowering the DB's to around 45 degrees to the sides. There is a good reason why not too many BB'ers include this exercise in a delt workout. Good Luck.
