Not when you don't give a shit. If he gave a shit, he'd be here trying to figure it out, working with people, finding solutions. A lot of other people have businesses and it's AT LEAST a 10 hr per day job. He supposedly has a country to run. Go on vacation when the project is done, not in the middle of a potential crisis.
