Got tired of hitting my lateral thighs for a double 2 x/week and I ain't so comfortable w/ glute shots, so I hit my vastus medialis and what a great spot

vitually painless and 2cc's per vastus was just enough to feel the capsule volumizing but not enough to cause any discomfort....just had to watch out for my veins.....got way too many of them..........( thats about my only genetic gift

) used a 1 inch 22G needle.
at least now I can give my lateral thighs a break and hit them every other time
now its off to the dungeon for a sick, nausea inducing leg workout......

BTW, just upped my current 15 weeker (in my 5th wk) to an even 20 weeks Thanks DIV!!........
