One of my favorite restaurants, Philippe, located in New York, Miami, and a few other cities.... They have these lobster spring rolls which I always have as an appetizer, then their Beijing Chicken with that AMAZING sauce of theirs and some white rice! And to finish off, I get their Red Velvet Cake!! Freaking LOVE IT! Going there this weekend! http://www.philippechow.com/

x3 my preference would be Omakase at my favorite sushi restaurant in Carmel CA and as a starter maybe a dozen oyster, with some good bread and beer and the oyster bar up the street

My wife's homemade Lamb Moussaka, with a side bowl of greek salad (literally a whole square of feta cheese on top) Kalamata Olives, and warm homemade pitta with very lemony Houmous.
All drizzeled with olive oil and balsamic dressing with heaps of lemon juice.
For dessert I'll take a huge bowl of tiramissu (Loaded with espresso and liqueur)

You ever have Saganaki? Battered, deep fried feta (the real sheep's feta...not that cheap shit you get at the grocery store)? I would kill for some right now. That with a really big side of some tzatziki with warm pita and lots of olives.

Many "perfect meals" as long as it goes with the perfect wine. A nice piece of grouse with this baby would be perfect.

I love persimmons. It must have been the peak of the season over the last few weeks but I was buying a ton from costco for cheap. They are so good.
