School Teachers should be called Illuminati Indoctrinators

Bigtime.  I am hanging with family n some people for hoidays and they are so commy in every way since the TV and government school tels then whats moral al day long.

sickening

I think cutting government 80% is a start.  www.fairtax.org possibly tax rent
end public school and money to universities
if private labs come up with some thing great they can mass produce it but I think patents n stuff are bullshit

let everyone copy everyone and commodify everything, starting with mass produced housing
move to atomic power and meglev trains powered by atomic energy grid
end foriegn aid including israel
pay kids to get A or master a subject
use incentives

get back to consitutional straightjacket on politicians n lawyers
replace most lawyers with logic software
end straight maraige as gov contract
marry for ceremony only
no cash involved

bring back factories and pay people well if they are productive but only if they produce, hek let em take home the finished product and trade it on open market

bring troops home

Does you family feel obligated to you in some way? I cannot imagine why they would let someone like you into their lives. Clearly you don't appreciate them.

Why don't you tell them you think they are Communists who are brainwashed by the television and a public education and see what happens. I bet they have no idea what you really think about them.

This is Charlotte Thompson Iserbyt, who  served as the head of policy at the Department of Education during the first administration of Ronald Reagan.

In this video she clearly states and shows that the US education dept has a strong communist agenda.

Here in Oregon, the school year is at least 180 days for students. Teachers work around 190 or more days, depending on the school district (hardly half a year off). Many volunteer additional time. Employees working in non-teaching jobs and who are full time, generally work 260 days. Teachers don't earn or get vacation. Other full time workers get two or more weeks of vacation every year. After 20 years with the same employer, I had four weeks of vacation each year. Many newly employed teachers must take summer employment to pay the bills. In Oregon the average starting salary for a full time teacher is $46,930. This is not big money.

Many of them have to work during the WHOLE year to pay the bills?  I had no idea it was so bad!

190x2=380
It's MORE than half the year off...unless teachers now get 400 days in a year.

I'm sure the unions have bargained for a 400 day year, but I don't think changing the earth's orbital period was viable.

Why did you, or anybody, take the job then if it is so unfair?

Yes - but their official PR image that they project is overworked and underpaid.  But they are OVER PAID.

sorry, my mom taught for 42 yrs. overpaid, please.
She wasn't a computer science teacher who had very little to teach. But taught math and English. She has taught elementary and middle school, GED classes and others.
And and believes in discipline and structure, which is what many of today's kids lack due to their parents not being parents. Today's teachers make little compared to what they'd be making if they chose another avenue.
And get this, if the little screw-ups don't want to learn, it's the teachers fault! Teachers today are expected to give grades, the children are not expected to earn grades.

There is a reason why there is a need for good teachers these days---few want to go into it, knowing that they will not make that much money, and have to deal with terrible kids, who have even worse parents, who expect their kids to be above average and get straight As, all while doing sports, musical instruments, dance, and acting lessons. So, what type of teachers do you get? The ones like above, the lazy ass ones.

And get this, you get three months off, oh boy.
I've seen guys who were in Vietnam and Desert Storm lose control of a class. And these were suburban kids. Now you go teach English, Social Studies, Math, etc, and not an elective like Computer Science, and see what you really get.

My uncle is on the school board so I always get into debates with him about teachers not deserving their BS union pay.

My one buddy told me to become a teacher. He laughs how little he works and would go home during the day for naps on his free periods. It is near impossible to get fired, there are a few teachers who show up drunk lol. He gets paid a decent living with awesome benefits(PA has some of the highest paid teachers) and teaches computer class to a bunch of thugs, with half the year off.

So you share your one buddys poor moral character?

Depending on their contract with the school district they work for, teachers get periodic increases for a number of different reasons. For example, they sometimes get cost of living increases, increases for experience and increases for additional education. Eventually, in many parts of the country a teacher's salary is pretty decent after several years on the job. Many teachers work their entire career as teachers.

If you knew anything about teaching and education, you'd know that many, if not most parents, unfortunately don't give a shit about their kids' education. If they did, they would show up for parent teacher conferences and open houses at school. With both mom and dad working, sometimes several jobs, they often see school as a free baby sitter. The proof in this is when school is unexpectedly closed because of a snow storm. Parents start calling the school and whining about who is going to watch their kids. It is not unusual when a kid gets sick or injured that the school cannot locate a parent to come and take them home or to the doctor.

Is this the "public" you think teachers can sell their services too?

Magoo throwing down a handsewn, cashmere peccary at majikusar's feet!

Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold? Only a Guardian has the chops to decide.
roasted peccary with a hand sewn, cashmere sweater would be a great gift for the man who has everything...
