Had to go big!! 41" inner tube. Sucker weighs a ton (sand). I used a can of whey for scale.

love that thing... i have a few other larger duffel style sand bags too... i use them on their own day...

today was cheat/back/tris...

tried renegade rows with pushups to finish off chest back.... holy crap... so fricken hard with 50lb kettlebells...
