vimce had a lot of unusual stuff in the corners of his gym, remember the peek a boo incline bench that he had to use for shoulder laterals. you leaned against it and the part of the bench where your head was , was cut out so you could lean against it without your face being against a bench.

i looked on youtube.com they actually have a video from inside vince's gym called vince gironda workout training kay baxter. it's so dark in there it's hard to see anything in the corners of the gym off the main floor where the wooden benches are. i remember a pic of vince training a guy named pete caputo training on this smith machine piece.

Yeah, it was almost like an incline massage table. I'm surprised Larry Scott's company doesn't make one of those, too!

Supposedly, that's why Weider never liked doing shoots there. The place was like a cave, and very difficult to shoot in b/w.

I'm surprised Larry Scott's company doesn't make one of those, too! larry copied the scott bench that he did the scott curls on pretty closely and still sells that along with the "v" bench for tricep work to this day.last pic is a bench like i had ed jubinville make for me.

Nice! Do you still have it? It's amazing what all of Vince's stuff sold for after his death. I forget the exact figure, but it was ridiculously low. Scott said he regretted not buying it for that price.

you wonder where all this equipment went when these places closed, i only ever got in on one of these sales but by the time i got there most of the stuff was picked out and tagged.so i went home empty handed. i always wondered what they did with all the stuff at the phoenix fitness center which was attached to the samoan training center in allentown.

next up the power tower, you can do dips, captain chair leg raises, chin-ups, situps, floor dips or pushups on it. i got mine for free when i was walking down the street and a neighbor was putting his out for garbage. i asked what he was doing next thing i was carrying this apparatus down the street.pi'd is the front end of it,the back end goes into the hall way.
